Rack card printing on 18pt coated one side card stock (18pt C1S) gives you a  sturdy rack card that has an uncoated side you can write on with pens, pencils or markers.

Your 4" x 9", 4.25" x 11" or custom sized rack cards are printed as fast as the same day in quantities starting at just 10 cards! You can even print up to 10 different versions of art on the same order with a minimum of 10 prints per design.

Clubcard prints your cards using the most advanced digital press in full color with the art coated side of this card stock having more vibrant color than the uncoated matte side.

Custom size rack cards are available: order a size that fits your custom trim size. Upload your files and be sure to indicate the trim size in your order notes so our production team can confirm the files at the size you want.

Will Gradients Show Banding On 18pt Coated 1 Side Cards?

Sometimes gradients aren't as smooth in print as they are on screen. Request a printed proof when placing your order so you can see first hand how it will turn out prior to production.

Is There Color Variation On Solid Blue?

For great blue results, we recommend a 30% difference between your Cyan and Magenta levels to ensure a nice rich dark blue, rather than purple.

Can 18pt Coated 1 Side Cards Have Frayed edges?

It is common to see "frayed / rough edges" on uncoated stocks, especially with ink coverage that extends to the edge of the cards. When a stock is not coated the fibers can break loose when trimmed. Choosing a coated or laminated card will help avoid this issue.

What Is The Difference Between Digital Toner And Offset Ink?

As with all digital printing, we use a dry polymer based toner, which sits on top of the stock instead of soaking into the stock like a traditional ink. So using full/heavy coverage will cause the stock to look slightly shinny and will give a similar appear to a coated stock. We recommend the uncoated stock for artwork that uses minimal ink coverage and allow the stock to show through. If using solid fills and heavy coverage, the C2S is probably going to be a better option.
