12pt thick Desert Storm kraft stock is made from 100% post-consumer fibers, meaning your brochures had a previous life and are back at it in your life.
Clubcard prints brochures in full color with optional white ink in standard sizes including 8.5" x 11" letter size, 8.5" x 14" legal size, 9" x 12" menu size, 11" x 17" tabloid size and large 12" x 18" brochures with a half fold, tri-fold, z-fold or an accordion fold.

We suggest requesting a PDF layout or a printed color press proof of your brochure so you can see exactly how your art will look on this stock prior to printing the entire order.
Different folds have different panel sizes and templates. When available, please use the available template from our File Prep tab, or ask us and we can create one for you. Also, many templates have 2 pages, be sure to watch for inside and outside when designing brochures.
Leave lots of space around the fold lines of your brochure. Folding can vary slightly from the template.
Borders make it obvious when even slight shifting occurs. For best results, we don't recommend borders. If you must, ensure they are as far from the edge of the paper or fold mark as possible.
Avoid designing your brochure with heavy or solid dark ink coverage on the folds, over time the stock can crack and show white paper fibres.
Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted or rejected)
Spot White: Include a separate file/artboard with these elements colored with Pantone Black to denote the special finishing. Alternatively, if you would like to include these elements in the same file, place these elements on a separate layer and colored with a Pantone color (typically Pantone Black) that denotes the Spot White.
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
