We want you to be happy with your project. If you find defects with your printed project, we must be notified within 7 days after completion or delivery.
To begin a return, please login to your account and complete a trouble ticket including photos that show the area of concern. Please let us know the best way to remedy the matter, typically with a reprint or return and refund.
We may require you to send us samples or to return the entire order to begin a reprint or refund. We will refund the return shipping cost if the issue is a result of an error by Clubcard.
Please note that orders damaged or delayed in shipping are the responsibility of the courier / carrier and may require several days to remedy as we must work with the courier to track and trace the order.
