The Big deal of table-top banners stands is this 15.75" x 32" size which is our largest table topper providing a great area of space to effectively communicate in style. This roll up banner stand is telescopic, retractable and portable making it quick to set up and even easier to put away.

Table-top banner stands are designed to take up a smaller foot print when space doesn't permit a full-size banner stand. Many clients find this size ideal for retail environments, window displays and they make a great addition to customer service counters

Your banner artwork is printed in full color on a 10mil premium indoor vinyl banner stock and will ship to you on your choice of fast 3 business day or standard 4-6 business day production time. Don't forget to select the best shipping method to ensure your banner arrives on time!

For Indoor Use Only

This banner stand is recommended for indoor use only and is not suited for windy, wet or outdoor conditions that could damage the banner material or stand mechanism.

Not Meant for Permanent Display

Retractable banner stands are not meant for permanent display and should be rolled down into the case when not in use or the mechanism may lock up.

Banner Cannot Be Changed

We are unable to change the banner after our retractable banner stands have been assembled. If you are looking to update the graphics on a stand at any point down the road, you should consider our L-Stands or X-Stands instead.

Don't Get too Close to the Edge

Make sure artwork doesn't extend too close to the top or bottom edges. Approx 3/4" of the top edge will be covered by the metal bar and 3/4" on the bottom will be inside the base of the stand. This is shown on the templates to help you design accurately.

Set up and Take down Slowly and with Care

Keep a good grip on the banner bar when rolling up or down as the mechanism will retract rapidly and damage the banner if let go. Ensure you roll the banner up and down slowly and evenly on both sides to prevent ripping or tearing the banner material.

Bleeds: banner stands do not require a bleed
Live Area: note that 0.75" of the artwork top and bottom will be inside the stand assembly - please see the template for more information. Keep important text and artwork not meant to be trimmed 1/4" inside from the edges
Color: supply artwork in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be automatically converted and may not print as expected)
Resolution: 150 DPI minimum resolution
Fonts: live text should be converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept font files)
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG
