Print truly unique business cards on this chunky 24 point chipboard card stock. The brown kraft color of this stock is a perfect palette for full color and optional white ink printing.

These 100% recycled chipboard business cards are printed on a Hewlett Packard Indigo press in full colour with optional white ink printing to add striking elements on its own or used to back up your full color artwork to boost your color.

We encourage you to embrace the inconsistencies in color, appearance and surface feel you will get from card to card on this thick chipboard stock. We believe these variances add a natural, hand-made look and feel to your natural kraft business cards.

Mother nature loves random variety and approves all messages on these 100% post-consumer content, recycled business cards because no trees are harmed to make your cards.

Custom Size Business Cards are available: please select the next largest size you can see online that will fit your trim size. Supply your files at your trim size and be sure to indicate that trim size in your order notes.

Should I Use Small Text With Light Coverage On Natural Kraft Cards?

The text in the supplied file uses a very small point size, which due to the lower halftone resolution used with indigo printing, could cause the type to appear “broken-up” or make it illegible. For best results with small type, we recommend using 100% K black as opposed to grey.

Can I Use Rich Black With Indigo Printing?

Don't use rich black on Indigo printing, it can cause issues with misregistration. 100% K will be just fine. If using grey, a black-ink only grey will give also give you best results.

How Can I Indicate Spot White Layer?

For spot white printing, we require you supply a separate additional page showing the spot white areas (eg: images, text etc.).

Will Spot White And CMYK Layers Align Perfectly?

Tightly registered detail using Spot White can cause 'haloing', where the spot white might not exactly align with the CMYK elements. Anywhere that the white and CMYK tightly register and end together should be avoided.

Are There Any Colours I Should Avoid With Natural Kraft Cards?

Because this is a colored stock, some colors are hard to read (like yellow/oranges, med browns, greens). If you are concerned that your color won't be visible, please request a hard copy proof.

What Is The Minimum Font Size For Natural Kraft Cards?

The minimum recommended text size is 6pt. With any small text, if grey use a Black Ink Only version; if Black, use 100% K.

Can I Use Thin Lines With Natural Kraft Cards?

Anything thinner than a hairline stroke (0.25") - even at 100% K may look choppy when printed due to Indigo print resolution.

Is Indigo Resolution Different From Offset?

There is a screen to the Indigo print which customers should be aware of if they're comparing to traditional offset printing.

Can I Round Corners With Heavy Coverage On Natural Kraft Cards?

Heavy ink coverage can be problematic. When the cards rub together, the ink can rub off. This can be an issue for corner rounding so we generally advise clients with heavy coverage not to round corners.
