Coil Bound Booklets - Clubcard Printing USA

Print coil bound books, reports, catalogues and calendars in sizes from 4" x 4" to 9" x 12" at Clubcard Printing. Coil binding, also known as spiral binding binds your book together with a spring-like plastic coil that spirals through holes punched on edge of the book. 

Coil bound books are printed in Canada

We print as few as ten books in full color on a variety of papers with optional card stock covers.

Coil Colors: black coils are the standard for orders but we can source a range of coil colors, please ask about options and timelines (usually 5 business days).

Technical Specifications + Templates

Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side.
Crop Marks: submit pages without crop marks or the order may be placed on hold.
Single Pages: submit artwork for booklets in single pages (either single files or as part of a multi page pdf) instead of spreads.
Spot White: Include a separate file/artboard with these elements colored with Pantone Black to denote the special finishing. Alternatively, if you would like to include these elements in the same file, place these elements on a separate layer and coloured with a Pantone color (typically Pantone Black) that denotes the Spot White.
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted or rejected)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
