Small size cards printed on 100% recycled uncoated 15 point card stock make it easy being green. This stock is made with post-consumer content using paper fibers that are collected from the recycling flow, meaning no new trees are harmed to make your cards.

Print your mini, skinny, square and small size cards on this smooth bright white stock that makes saving trees look stunning!

Oh yeah! Like all uncoated stock you can make a note with a pen, pencil or marker without fear of smudges.

15pt uncoated small cards are printed in full color on the HP Indigo press ensuring great color reproduction and consistency on multiple card orders, re-orders and small cards that have solid areas of ink coverage.

The Indigo printing press combines a hybrid of offset and digital printing techniques using toner suspended in liquid, allowing for fast production times and color consistency that is well suited to small size cards and small quantity orders. It's all about reducing and reusing!

Custom Small Size Cards available: please select the next largest size you can see online that will fit your trim size. Supply your files at your trim size and be sure to indicate that trim size in your order notes.

Heavy Coverage? Think Twice

Heavy ink coverage can be problematic. When the cards rub together, the ink can rub off. Heavy coverage makes this more apparent. This can also be an issue for corner rounding, so we generally advise clients with heavy coverage not to round corners.

Small Fonts Aren't Good

The minimum recommended text size is 6pt. With any small text, if grey use a black ink only version; if Black, use 100% K.

Thin Lines Aren't Good

Anything thinner than a hairline stroke (0.25") - even at 100% K may look choppy when printed due to Indigo print resolution.

Indigo Resolution Is Different Than Offset

There is a screen to the Indigo print which customers should be aware of if they're comparing to traditional offset printing.

Minimum Line Thickness Of 0.5pt

Try to keep all line weights for graphics over 0.5pt. Anything under that can break up in the texture of the stipple.

For Small Elements, Simple Color Builds Are Better

When working with small elements like lines or text, a simpler color build is best to avoid misregistration. For example, 0/0/0/90 is a much better build than 20/20/20/40.
